Parmenion approached us to help communicate their company-wide goals, milestones and strategy for the year in a way that felt engaging, motivating and easy to grasp.
Working closely with their internal communications team, we developed a simple but effective visual metaphor: a group of cyclists tackling a mountain route together. Each mountain represented a different business area, with milestones along the winding path marking key objectives for the year ahead.
This concept became the foundation for a suite of internal communication assets, centred around a 90-second hero animation that delivered the top-level overview in a playful, characterful way.
For privacy reasons, the version shown here has had certain typography and voiceover elements removed, but the heart of the piece remains the same: a creative, cohesive story designed to bring clarity, energy and unity to an internal message.
